Whole Fit is happy to work with clients who are beginners, recovering from injuries, experiencing body changes, or identify as people who have disabilities. Whole Fit can also offer private yoga sessions.

Notes and Gestures will feature works and works-in-progress from working artists to share live and in-person with our Whole Fit community. Our first event will feature NYC-based dance artist Gina Bonati.
Notes and Gestures takes place at our studio on Saturday, December 21 at 7 pm. The event is free for all attendees. We hope to see you at our studio to share an evening of live performance.
