Julie, a Usui Reiki Master and Teacher, has always had a passion for helping others to heal. She spent 17 years working as a Dental Hygienist till she encountered her own battle with chronic illness, that left her homebound and bedridden. She has always had an interest in holistic health, and the mind body connection. It wasn’t until conventional medicine failed her, that she sought out Reiki in order to help facilitate her own healing. Through her application and studies of the power of thought, Julie came to understand the origins of imbalance in the human energy system. She uses intuitive counseling, healing stones, essential oils and energy work to balance the chakras, therefore restoring balance to the client. Julie earned her Reiki I through Deborah Arconti, Reiki Master in Danbury CT. She then went on to earn her Reiki II and III through JoAnn Duncan, at Turning Point Reiki in Ridgefield CT. She is also attending Interfaith Seminary in NYC so she can work on a larger scale to serve humanity. She lives in Danbury with her husband and children.

Tami’s love of yoga began nearly a decade ago, being drawn to her first yoga class for the physical healing benefits of the practice.  After developing a consistent practice she learned quickly of yoga’s mental and emotional benefits.
Tami received her 200 hour certification in Vinyasa yoga from Mitchel and Tracy Bleier of Yogapata in Wilton Connecticut, and is a registered teacher of the Yoga Alliance. She continues to attend workshops and programs, and believes to truly become a great teacher, she must always be a student. Yoga to her is a way of life on and off the mat and she feels blessed to share that passion with others.
She loves taking the philosophy of yoga and weaving together meditation, poetry, pranayama, and music into a sweet flowing vinyasa class. She gives her students a safe, fun, and relaxing environment to practice. Helping people feel like they can do things they never dreamed possible.

Alicia, Teaches a whimsical, soulful Vinyasa Yoga Flow that is accessible to all levels. She believes in the power of healing thru yoga and mediation, and that movement is nourishment for the body. Yoga is unique because it intermixes the spiritual, the mental, and the physical wrapped in a perfect package. We work through our flaws and our baggage and tap into strengths on the yoga mat so that when we leave, the day feels lighter and easier. Our hearts feel full of love for ourselves and others and we carry that through the day so we can be of service to our community, families, friends, children.  Alicia received her certification thru Saraswati’s Yoga Joint in Norwalk, CT and continues to study and practice yoga and meditation daily. Alicia received the honor of being chosen to become an ambassador for lululemon athletica in 2013 and continues to work with them to bring yoga to the community.

Faith, Teaches Vinyasa Yoga.  My motto is to “Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life.” I started Yoga in 2010 hoping to improve my flexibility. But it wasn’t until 2012 when I fell in love with Yoga.  I enjoyed the healing effects yoga offered, but was most drawn to yoga’s ability to calm and steady the mind. It taught me to be present and to savor every moment.  I learned about the larger scope and significance of yoga…no longer just a physical exercise. I became eager to learn more and grow my own practice by studying with many different teachers, learning something from each. I completed my 200 hour yoga certification in 2014 at Yoga Culture in Danbury. My philosophy as a teacher is to create an environment in which students are able to slow down and learn. . When not practicing yoga I spend time with my husband and 2 sons. My passions include: running, hiking & year round camping. I am a First Aid/CPR trained leader with my sons’ Boy Scout Troop.

Susan Teaches Vinyasa Yoga.  Her career has been primarily in the corporate environment. She began her practice in Ivengar yoga with highly regarded yoga teacher, Lindsey Clennell. Susan has been practicing Bikram Yoga for 15 years. Susan’s 200 hour training was with world renown Rolf Gates. Her training is in Vinyasa yoga which includes: spiritual development, alignment, and sequencing. Susan’s class is balanced for beginners to strong practitioners. Beginners will be engaged and strong practitioners will be challenged. All students will be inspired to cultivate wellness and happiness through breathing and flow.  Susan is also a recreational tennis teacher and competitive tennis player. For athletes and non-athletes, yoga will help you be a better athlete, a better person and help your life work.
