Our Kids Class at WholeFIT offers a little bit of everything. We start with FUN-ctional movements to get them moving and sweating and warmed up to energizing POP music, add in some Kickboxing and finish up with some stretching, relaxation and meditation. This class helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. The class incorporates key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.
